A little bit of background on why today's collection launch is the most special: Megan Elliott of Lush to Blush has been one of my biggest and best local supporters for over a year now. From the moment she made her first purchase (a Mina bracelet at last summer's ICE show, for the curious) to today, she has constantly supported and promoted my brand with her whole heart (just one example). Since our introduction, she has worn our pieces on countless style posts on her blog, styled our first full-blown photoshoot last Fall, and even included C&L in gorgeous photos her talented photographer BF, Johnny, took, among countless other times she's purchased and spread the word about C&L. Within the small business community, I do hear from a lot of bloggers and brands wanting to collaborate or get advice, etc. etc., (& I reach out to a lot of bloggers/brands as well) but when someone shows their support by actually taking the time to purchase and wear our jewels before ever contacting us, that is the true sign that they are serious and genuine in supporting our brand (not to mention these relationships are hands down the most fruitful in the long run for both parties) and Megan has been the prime example of this. We are so grateful for her support as well as her hustle (she is certainly responsible for a ton of our social media followers and online sales)! Cue Alicia Keys, this girl is on fiiiire (but only the chorus part, because the rest of the song is super not-so-great). :)
So when she approached me about collaborating on a collection, I was all in! We spent hours together digging through beads, finding inspiration, and ultimately designing 11 pieces we fell in love with. I even taught Megan the basics of jewelry making, and she caught on so quickly! Without further ado, we are both so excited to introduce the Autumn Garden Collection -- our new favorite transitional pieces perfect for carrying the whimsy of our summer adventuring into the cooler days of Fall weather. We focused on dainty gold chains, natural gemstones, and simple details to insure these pieces are wearable and lightweight for any adventure. Each piece is limited in quantity (less than 15 made of each piece), so hop to it if you spot something you adore!
We hope you enjoy these pieces as much as we do, and without further ado, I'll leave you with some stunning photos from our lookbook shoot, taken by the ever-talented Johnny Cheng.
I love this last photo! Modern day Cinderella, anyone? Love! Be sure to browse the Autumn Garden listings for more photos by Johnny and keep an eye out for our full lookbook launching soon. So grateful for his talent as well!
