This year, especially the past 6 months, seem to be one unexpected adventure after another. We recently wrapped up designing our S/S line (which I will debuting in January at the wholesale market in Atlanta!) and had a fabulous time shooting the lookbook as well -- which I am dying to share, but am learning patience is important as well :). The funny part about photo shoots is that I.absolutely.love.them! After they are over, I seem to start planning the next one, even if it's months later, or even if I don't have any jewelry that needs shooting.
So lucky enough, my sweet friend Allison, of the popular Flower Crown Society, and I tossed around the idea of collaborating a few weeks ago, and decided a photo shoot would be stellar. Many emails later, we were walking into a beautiful rose garden in Atlanta with our two stunning models, Allison and Emma, and the stars of the day, Rustic White Photography. Robert and Tiffany, and their sweet baby girl Grace Elizabeth, are extremely talented and so obviously passionate about what they do, which was the perfect combination for a successful, stunning shoot. Here are a few of my favorites from that day! And, check out Rustic White's blog post about the shoot for even more photos! Enjoy!
These last photos feature a one-of-a-kind pocket watch necklace I created after spotting this beautiful pocket watch at an antique store in town! Check it out here and snatch it up if it's calling your name, there won't be another one like it!
On to the next adventure -- creating a new display for the Mart! Wish us luck (we'll need it!) in our 50 trips to Home Depot that are about to ensue.
